Who May Use This Form:

Applications for funding may be made by SMCS Staff & Faculty, Board Members, and Members of the Parent Association. The below RFF form has a checkbox to identify your role.

Use of these funds by Staff & Faculty must first be approved by the Head of School, Jonathan Davis. Please receive signed confirmation of this pre-approval. Below is an upload box where you can provide a copy of the email, screenshot, etc. demonstrating you have approval from the Head of School for your request. This pre-approval does not guarantee funding, but rather lets the SMSF Board know the activites are in-line with regular school programming.

Applications from the Sun Mountain Parents Association may be submitted directly through this form by a representative of that association.

When To Use This Form:

Please plan ahead and submit your application in a timely manner. The Foundation needs sufficient lead time to complete both budgetary and board approval for funding requests. 

Applications for funding must be submitted at least 45 days before you need the funding approved — not by the date of your actual event or activity, but by the date you need approval to proceed with paying for your event or activity.
